We carefully pack and ship all orders from the United States.
Shipping methods
Please note that we ship Monday - Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend will begin the processing timeframe on Monday.
Domestic orders:
All domestic (U.S.) orders include complimentary standard shipping.
Expedited shipping options may be available upon request—please contact us prior to purchasing if you require a faster delivery timeline.
International orders:
We are happy to ship internationally.
Shipping rates are calculated on a case-by-case basis depending on destination, size, and weight. After your purchase, we will contact you with a shipping quote and confirm your preferred method before dispatch.
Additional Shipping Considerations:
For oversized, heavy (over 10 lb.), or particularly fragile items—such as ceramics, artwork, or specialty pieces—we may reach out after purchase to coordinate a tailored shipping quote and ensure the safest delivery method.
Processing time
Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.
Carrier responsibility / tracking
Once an order has been handed over to USPS, DHL, or another shipping provider, it is no longer under our control. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located by the recipient.
Any claims, delivery inquiries, or follow-up must be made directly with the shipping carrier.
Insurance
Shipping insurance is included for eligible shipments, and/or may be added upon request for additional coverage. If you would like to confirm insurance details before your order ships, please contact us.
Signature confirmation
For select orders (including higher-value shipments), signature confirmation may be required to ensure safe delivery.
International duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. We are not responsible for any customs-related fees or delays.
Returned packages / reshipping
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to claim delivery, refusal, or similar issues, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
Local pickup (if available)
Local pickup may be available by appointment in select locations. Please contact us prior to purchasing to confirm availability and details.

Detailed measurements, materials, condition notes, and photographs are provided with every listing to ensure accurate representation. We encourage you to review all listing details carefully and reach out with any questions prior to purchasing.
Vintage / antique condition
Please note that vintage and antique items often show signs of age or previous use. These variations are part of what make each piece unique and are not considered defects.

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
