Home is built slowly.
It takes shape through the spaces we inhabit, the objects we choose to live alongside, and the rituals that quietly unfold around them. It is collected over time, layer by layer, experience by experience, until it begins to tell a story uniquely its own. Giovanna was born from that belief.
Founded by interior designer and stylist Julianne Collins, Giovanna is the expression of years spent designing bespoke interiors, sourcing distinctive objects, and cultivating relationships with artisans, dealers, and makers across the globe. Today, those experiences come together through a practice where interiors, collected objects, and creative direction are considered not as separate disciplines, but as different expressions of the same enduring point of view.
Based in New York's Hudson Valley, Giovanna works with clients nationwide.
"An interesting and strange sight...is that of a sandoletto on a canal carrying a worker woman, with a naturally majestic bearing, surrounded by cases and boxes full of beads of every shape and color, shining in the sun like gems. She could be mistaken for a queen."
